Stewardship

At Parental Care Ministries, we take seriously the Biblical call to be good stewards of what God has given us. One way this can be seen is in our commitment to being a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA).

As a member of ECFA, we must adhere to ECFA’s Seven Standards of Responsible Stewardship, which focus on board governance, financial transparency, integrity in fundraising, and proper use of charity resources.

There are eight paid US-based staff (five full-time and three part-time) and a host of volunteers. There are approximately 120 employees in Uganda.

Through these employees, PCM Uganda loves and serves over 1,800 students in five different schools, operates a medical clinic, facilitates training for pastors, operates a baby care house, broadcasts a radio station, and runs a farm that supplies food for our schools and medical clinic.
